Student Rules
1. Care.
Care about everything you study. You are empowered by knowledge.

2. Respect.
Respect yourself, respect your peers and most importantly, respect the Teachers and Mentors who give their time to help you improve.

Respect is demonstrated by showing good behavior towards Mentors, and polite consideration and appreciation to everyone involved with Labs For Kids. Good behavior is demonstrated when students listen, participate, do their homework, and care.

3. Learn.
Science is discovery and often associated with great adventure. Discovering how things work or learning what they are made of can be accomplished in many different ways. Science and math can help answer all your questions. The journey of learning lasts a lifetime and you should enjoy the adventure.

4. Give.
Share what you learn. Share what you learn with your friends, family and community.

5. Lead.
You are responsible for the future. What and how you learn today will determine what our planet is like 50 years from now. By being the best you can be today leads the world to a better tomorrow.

6. Persevere.
Keep trying. When you get frustrated or are having trouble understanding or finding resolution, keep trying. You can do it. Many great science discoveries are made soon after all seemed lost.

7. Eat.
Food is fuel. Eat the foods that provide you with optimum nutrition. Research and discover which foods are best for your body.

8. Drink.
Drink enough H2O, water. Water is more important to humans than food. Keep properly hydrated. Your mind and body need water.

9. Laugh.
Laughter reduces stress. Stress can make you sick.

10. Dream.
Dream of what you want to be. Dream of what you want to do. Dream of what you want to earn and use science to help you reach your goals and realize your dreams.

Deliberate violation of these rules will be dealt with swiftly and severely.
